Hinson Wu LLC in-stock items will ship from our warehouses within 1-2 business days. After the initial shipment, packages could take 3-10 business days to arrive at your specified delivery address by UPS Ground.

Expedited 2-day delivery service is available at the time of check out, orders will ship from our warehouses the next business day.  For example, orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will ship out on Monday, arriving Wednesday under normal UPS operating conditions.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders for PO and APO boxes.

We currently do not ship orders internationally.

Returns
Hinson Wu LLC accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be unworn with original tags attached. Complimentary returns are offered for all customers. Return labels will be provided and sent to you via email. Please contact us using the email hello@hinsonwu.com in order to request a prepaid return label.

The original shipping charge is not refundable.

If you elect to ship without the provided return label, shipping will be at your expense. You should track and insure your return to ensure its safe arrival and protect the shipment if lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to track or insure the package for the full value, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Hinson Wu LLC does not credit back expedited shipping charges incurred for the original shipment of an order.

Exchanges
Hinson Wu LLC does not have a direct exchange program. For a different size, color, or item, please contact us using the email hello@hinsonwu.com. Exchange shipping fees are waived when order is placed through hello@hinsonwu.com.
